Will Rodebaugh was hired as the Assistant Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach in September, 2021. He is also the Assistant Men's and Women's Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Coach.

He ran for the Manor Men’s Cross Country (2018-2019) and Outdoor (2019) and Indoor (2019-2020) Track and Field teams.  Rodebaugh won three Blue Jay Most Valuable Player honors at its Annual Athletic Awards.  Academically, he was named to four Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) All-Academic Teams.

Cross Country Experience

2019: Rodebaugh finished as Manor’s fastest runner at the 4.9K Luzerne County Community College Invitational on September 21 (42:43).  He won the 2019 Manor College Men’s and Women’s Cross Country MVP and was named to the EPAC Fall 2019 Semester All-Academic Team. 

2018: Rodebaugh ran in all three of the Blue Jays’ regular season meets.  He was Manor’s fastest runner at the 4.9K Luzerne County Community College Invitational on October 6 (36:39).  Rodebaugh was the first Manor runner to compete at the 8K Region XIX Division III Men’s Country Championships at White Clay State Park in Newark, Delaware on October 28.  He won the 2018 Manor College Men’s and Women’s Cross Country MVP and was named to the EPAC Fall 2018 All-Academic Team.

Indoor Track and Field Experience

2019-2020: Rodebaugh participated in all three of the Blue Jays’ regular season meets.  He ran in the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs.  Rodebaugh won the 2019-2020 Manor College Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field MVP and EPAC Spring 2020 Semester Academic Team.

Outdoor Track and Field Experience

2019: Rodebaugh participated in all five of the Blue Jays’ regular season meets.  He was the first Manor College athlete to participate in Outdoor Track and Field when he ran in 1,500 meters at the Golden Ram Invitational (hosted by West Chester University) on March 23.  Rodebaugh also ran in the 5,000 meters.  He won the Manor College Coaches and Brian Barry Awards for Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field.  Rodebaugh was also named to the EPAC Spring 2019 Academic Team.

Manor College Academics

Rodebaugh got his Bachelor of Science Degree in General Business Administration in 2021.  He also delivered the speech for Manor’s Bachelor Degree graduates at the College’s Commencement in May, 2021.  He earned his Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration in May, 2019. 

Manor College Awards/Honors

Rodebaugh received the Manor College Athletics Spring 2020 Semester Academic Achievement Award.  He also received Manor’s Mother Josaphat Medal on Founder’s Day in January, 2019.

Manor College Activities

He was a 2021 Manor Fitness Challenge Ambassador.  Rodebaugh was also a Manor Marketing and Communications Intern, Campus Activities Board Member, Student Chaplain, Student Senator and Secretary, and a Student Worker for the College’s Athletics Department.

Personal

Rodebaugh is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a Keystone School graduate.
