MANOR COLLEGE'S BROWN, KANE, AND QUINN NAMED TO THE USCAA DIVISION I WOMEN'S SOCCER ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

PITTSBURGH, PA—Manor College junior Lauren Brown (Philadelphia, PA/St. Hubert) and sophomores Vada Kane (Philadelphia, PA/Abraham Lincoln) and Kara Quinn (Lansdale, PA/Lansdale Catholic) were named to the USCAA Division I Women's Soccer All-Academic Team. 

According to the USCAA web site: "This award recognizes the student-athletes (sophomore or greater) who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or greater."

Brown, a Criminal Justice major, played and started in all of Manor's six matches. She was among Blue Jay team leaders in overall shots (six) and shots on goal (five). 

Kane, a Dental Hygiene major, played in four matches (three starts) and for the Blue Jays. She was also named to the 2024 USCAA Division I Women's Volleyball All-Academic Team. 

Quinn, a Veterinary Technology major, started and played in all of Manor's six matches.

Brown, Kane and Quinn are making their first appearances and join the following student-athletes who were previously named to the USCAA Division I Women's Soccer All-Academic Team: Stephanie Bauer and Sylvania Juste (2023) and Emily Bell (2021).

Since Manor's 2021 debut, 17 student-athletes have been named to USCAA All-Academic Teams.

Brown, Kane, and Quinn play for seventh-year Head Coach Tom Gangi.
