MANOR WOMEN’S BASKETBALL DEFEATED IN FINAL HOME GAME OF THE SEASON BY ROWAN COLLEGE AT BURLINGTON COUNTY

JENKINTOWN, PA—Rowan College Burlington County (15-7 Overall, 11-6 NJCAA Region XIX Division II) sophomore guard Jayda Campbell led the Barons with 20 points as they defeated the Manor College Blue Jays (5-14, 4-14), 78-46, on Sophomore Night.

Blue Jays' sophomore point guard Kiara Stoval (Chester, PA/Ursuline Academy [DE]) was recognized before the game for her achievements.

The Barons led after the first quarter (18-13) and at halftime (38-23).  Green paced both teams with 10 first-half points.

Burlington County outscored Manor in the third (21-13) and led 59-33 after three quarters.  Campbell scored 13 of the Barons' 21 third-quarter points.  Burlington County outscored Manor in the fourth, 19-13.  Stoval scored 10 of the Blue Jays' 13 fourth-quarter points.  Burlington County outscored Manor in the second half, 40-23.  Stoval led both teams with 14 second-half points.  Sophomore guard/forward Ayanna Lewis paced the Barons with 10 second-half points.

The Blue Jays' 32-point loss overall and at home to the Barons is the largest in this season series.  They previously lost by 22 at Burlington County on November 13, 2018 (68-46) and February 9, 2012 (77-55).

Manor finished 3-6 at home during the 2018-2019 season.  They are 70-41 since they began playing in the NJCAA for the 2008-2009 season

Individual Statistical Leaders: Stoval led both teams with 24 points.  Freshman shooting guard/small forward Emazhane Livingston (Newark, NJ/Technology) scored 13 points paced the Blue Jays with 13 rebounds.  Livingston and Stoval led Manor with four steals each.

Including Campbell, four Burlington County players scored in double-figures: Lewis (18), freshman guard Kylah Watkins-Campbell (12), and sophomore guard Avian Flunder.  Every player on the Baron roster scored in this game.

Series Record (since 2008-2009): Burlington County swept Manor in the season series.  The Blue Jays are 13-13 in the overall series (7-6 at home) versus the Barons.  Burlington County won four straight overall match-ups versus Manor.

Trailing at Halftime: The Blue Jays are 0-11 when trailing at halftime this season (including 0-6 at home).  They are 0-1 when tied at halftime this season.

Trailing after Three Quarters: Manor is 1-11 when trailing after three quarters this season (including 1-4 at home).

Next Game: Manor travels to play Region XIX Division III Community College of Philadelphia (20-5) 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19 for its final non-conference game of the season.  The Colonials are the 2018-2019 Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) Regular Season and Postseason Tournament Champions.  Manor is 12-2 overall (5-0 on the road since 2004-2005) versus the Community College of Philadelphia since the 2002-2003 season (2003-2004 season unavailable).  The Blue Jays won the previous match-up, 93-23, on November 2, 2017 at Manor.  Manor also won the previous match-up at the Community College of Philadelphia, 85-8, on January 7, 2016.
