Jeff McCann was hired as the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Head Coach in November, 2019.  He also coaches the Men’s and Women’s Indoor (which debuted in December, 2019) and Outdoor Track and Field teams.

2022: Manor competed in two meets. Freshman Jacob Torres set a school distance record (8,000 meters) with a time of 35:02.4 in the Jack St. Clair Memorial Cross Country Race (hosted by Thomas Jefferson University). Torres was named to the Eastern States Athletic Conference (ESAC) Fall Semester All-Academic Team.

2021: Manor made its United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) debut at the Bryn Athyn Invitational on October 15.  Freshman Kareem Haines finished fourth with a time of 15:33.3 in this 4K meet out of 23 competitors, which is the highest finish in Blue Jay Men's and Women's Cross Country history. 

Previous College Coaching Experience: McCann previously coached at Immaculata University (NCAA Division III), Men’s Cross Country Head Cross Country Coach (2006-2008), and Immaculata University (NCAA Division III) Women’s Cross Country Coach (2005-2008).

Previous High School Coaching Experience: His previous high school coaching experience included: William Penn Charter School Boys and Girls Cross Country and Track and Field Assistant Coach (1998, 2009-2012) and Germantown School Boys Cross Country and Track and Field Head Coach (1999-2003).

College Athletics Career: He was a member of the University of Richmond Men’s Track and Field team and participated in the 800, 1000, and 1500 meters and earned a varsity letter.  McCann also earned a varsity letter for the Spiders’ Cross Country squad.

Personal: McCann is currently a Residential Mortgage Closing Assistant for Waterstone Mortgage Corporation in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.  He is also currently the Head Coach for and Founder of OHANKO Elite Running in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
