MANOR COLLEGE MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY PARTICIPATES IN THE LUZERNE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

NANTICOKE, PA—Manor College Men's Cross Country participated in the Luzerne County Community Cross Country Invitational.

Two Manor College runners competed in this 4.9K meet.  Sophomore William Rodebaugh (Philadelphia, PA/Keystone) (36:39) and freshman Maurice Taylor (Philadelphia, PA/Frankford) (39:54) ran for the Blue Jays.  Manor did not score in this event.

Williamson College of the Trades freshman Patrick James won the individual race (27:35) out of 53 competitors.  Ocean County won the meet with 42 points.  They also finished with a total time of 2:28:53.

The following NJCAA Region XIX Division III schools participated in this meet (including Luzerne County and Manor): Bucks County Community College, Community College of Philadelphia, Delaware County Community College, Harrisburg Area Community College, Ocean County College, Thaddeus Stevens Institute of Technology, Valley Forge Military College, and Williamson.  The following NJCAA Region XIX Division I schools competed: Essex County College, Lackawanna College, and Mercer County Community College.

Next Meet: The Blue Jays are scheduled to the 13th annual Jack Saint Clair Memorial Cross Country Race at the Belmont Plateau in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, October 20 at 1:15 p.m.
