MANOR COLLEGE MEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD FINISHES THE REGULAR SEASON AT THE BILL BUTLER INVITATIONAL

WEST CHESTER, PA—The Manor College Men's Outdoor Track and Field team finishes the regular season at the Bill Butler Invitational, at James A. Farrell Stadium, hosted by the NCAA Division II West Chester University Golden Rams.

Freshman Phaizon Thompson (Philadelphia, PA/Benjamin Franklin) finished with a time in the third section of the 100 meters with a time of 11.85.   

He also ran in the seventh section of the 200 meters and finished with a time of 24.24.

Manor did not score at this Invitational.

There were 28 schools and area clubs/organizations competing in this Invitational, including NCAA (Divisions II and III) and NJCAA (Division III).  Pennsylvania State University-Scranton was the other USCAA member competing at this Invitational.  The Garden State Track Club won the Invitational with 114.  West Chester was the top college/university with 96 points.

Next Meet: Manor is scheduled to compete on the Day Two of the USCAA Track and Field Championship at American International College, hosted by Hampshire College, at the John G. Hoyt '52 Track and Field Complex, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 27 in Springfield Massachusetts.
