Roster Notes:

Sophomore Yaseer McKeithan (Ardmore, PA/Lower Merion) played for the Manor Men's Basketball team during the 2017-2018 season.  Nelson on McKeithan: "The talented Yaseer McKeithan will lead our men's sprinters and should do well in the 100, 200, and 400-meter Sprints."

Sophomore William Rodebaugh (Philadelphia, PA/Keystone) ran for the Blue Jays inaugural Men's Cross Country squad during the 2018 season.  Nelson on Rodebaugh: "The heart and soul of the team is Billy Rodebaugh.  If all my athletes had his hard work and determination, there would be no stopping us"

Nelson's Outlook on…

Starting a program from scratch: "The 2019 Men's and Women's Track and Field team is an outstanding outline and a beginning for great things to come to Manor and the student-athletes that represent the school."

The first season: "I have already told the Athletes participating that everything that you do is a school record!  The coaching staff is geared up and looking forward to the 2019 inaugural Manor Track and Field outdoor season."
