McCurdy was named Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach in November, 2023.

Previous Coaching Experience: McCurdy was a Tacony Academy Charter High School Varsity Basketball Head Coach from 2017 to 2022.

Certifications: National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA), Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA), Registered Athletic Administrator (RAA), and a Registered Middle School Athletic Administrator (RMSAA).

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing and Media from Full Sail University in 2022. Graduated from Franklin Towne Charter High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2015.

Currently: McCurdy works as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Mast 2 Community Charter School in Philadelphia and coaches Volleyball, Basketball, and Baseball.

Personal: He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and dog Ciri.
