Director of Athletics and Men's Head Soccer Coach John Dempster on today's Commencement, Eddie Fortescue Jr's and Neysha Medina's speeches, and the student-athletes receiving their degrees: "One of the many things we harp on in athletics is being the total athlete, this means not only putting the hard work into their sport, it's about putting in the hard work in their college community and their studies.  Eddie and Neysha did just that and because of their dedication to Manor, they were honored by being the student speakers at graduation. They will both be missed in their respective sports, but its students like them that help put Manor College Athletics on the map.

Our number one goal in athletics is to recruit athletes, with the understanding that they are here to graduate and earn a degree.  This year's class was no different, it was full of dedicated student-athletes who worked so hard to accomplish this great feat. I am so proud of our amazing Class of 2024, Go Blue Jays!"
