Blanton holds Chestnut Hill career records in penalty kick goals and attempts.  He also hold the Griffin single-season record in penalty kick attempts (five in 2009).  Blanton shares the school single-season record with four penalty kick goals in 2009.  Five of his six penalty kick goals either tied or gave Chestnut Hill the lead.

He led the Griffins in 2009 in goals (four), points (nine), and shot percentage (30.8).  Blanton assisted on the game-winning versus Philadelphia University on October 26, 2009 (1-0).  He also assisted on the game-tying goal versus the University of District of Columbia on September 9, 2010 (Chestnut Hill won the game in overtime, 4-3).
