JENKINTOWN, PA—Today's Manor College Athletics alumni profile is about Men's Soccer forward Seydou Ba.

 

Manor College Men's Soccer (2007-2008):

Goals: 39.

Assists: 10.

Points: 88.

 

His 29 goals and 67 points in 2007 are school single-season records.  At the time (as of 2008), his 39 goals and 88 points were school career records.  He also led the Blue Jays with 10 goals and 21 points in 2008 in Manor's first year in the NJCAA.  Ba is one of three Manor Men's Soccer players to score double-digit goals in both of their seasons with the Blue Jays (since 2005).  The others are Carl Madere (2006-2007) and Mark Colville (2012-2013).

 

Holy Family University Men's Soccer (NCAA Division II) (2009, 2011):

Games: 35.

Games Started: 35.

Goals: 26.

Assists: 11

Points: 63.

Points per Game: 1.80.

Shots: 128.

Shots per Game: 3.66.

Shot Percentage: 20.3.

Game-Winning Goals: 9.

 

Ba led Holy Family in goals, points, shots, and game-winning goals in both of his seasons with the Tigers.

In the 2011 season, he finished in the top-30 in Division II Men's Soccer statistics in the following categories: points per game (1.89, 16th), points (34,20th), goals (13, 25th), assists (8, 26th), goals per game (0.72, 28th), and assists per game (0.44, 30th).
