NEWARK, DE—The Manor College Men's Outdoor Track and Field team finished its first season at the Delaware Open, hosted by NCAA Division I the University of Delaware.
The Blue Jays finished seventh (out of seven schools that scored points) with five points. This is the first time in school history that Manor scored points in a meet. NCAA Division II Wilmington (Delaware) University finished first with 162 points. Region XIX Division III Rowan University at Gloucester County was the highest scoring NJCAA school with 47 points which was good for fifth.
This open took place at Stuart and Suzanne Grant Stadium.
Sophomore William Rodebaugh (Philadelphia, PA/Keystone) ran in the 5,000 meters and finished with a time of 21:05.38.
The following NCAA schools competed in the Men's portion of this open (Division): Lincoln (Pennsylvania) University (II), University of the Sciences (II), Widener University (III), and Wilmington (Delaware).
The following NJCAA schools competed in this event (including Manor): Harcum College (Region XIX Division I) and Rowan College at Gloucester County.
