JENKINTOWN, PA—Manor College (9-5) freshman guard Kobe Ancrum (Bridgeport, CT/Bassick) came off the bench and scored 15 points as they routed NJCAA Division III Bucks County Community College (2-9), 89-50, for its fifth straight win.  The Blue Jays freshman forward Tashawn Tokley (Camden, NJ/Met East) contributed 13.

The Blue Jays never trailed in this game. They scored the first 11 points of the game before Centurions sophomore guard Drew Heller sank a jump shot with 16:53 left in the opening half.  This began an 8-2 run over the next 3:03 and closed the gap to five points (13-8), the closest Bucks County got to Manor in the game.  The Blue Jays responded scoring another 11 straight points over a 2:45 stretch that was cumulated with an Ancrum jump shot with 11:44 remaining in the first half, on sophomore guard Calil Moultrie (Philadelphia, PA/Friere Charter) assist. Manor opened up a double-digit lead during this run and maintained it for the remainder of the game.  Following Bucks County freshman forward Malik Pitts' jumper, with an assist by fellow freshman Kevin Raymond (guard), with 10:48 left, Manor scored 10 consecutive points. This run opened up the lead to 34-10 with 7:52 remaining.  After Centurions freshman guard Laquan Alston made a layup with 5:37 left in the first (37-16), the Blue Jays held them scoreless for the remainder of the half.  Manor led at halftime, 50-16. The Blue Jays' 34-point halftime lead is the largest this season. The Centurions' 16 points scored is the fewest Manor has allowed this season.  Manor sophomore guard Kuante Sargent (Baltimore, MD/Newtown) led both teams with 10 points.

Manor maintained a 30-point-plus lead during the second half. Raymond's jumper with 18:47 left in the game ended the Blue Jays' string of 15 consecutive points. Altogether, Bucks County were held scoreless for 6:50. The closest the Centurions got was when freshman guard Jobin Mathew made a three-point basket with 16:56 remaining (54-24).  Manor's lead reached 35 points (60-25) with 14:48 left on sophomore forward Brendan Wagner's (Allentown, PA/Allentown Central Catholic) layup, with an assist by freshman guard Devon Banks (Woodbridge, VA/Upper Room Christian).  The Blue Jays inched closer to a 40-point lead when freshman forward Tyzja Faison (Philadelphia, PA/Dobbins) converted a layup with 8:46 remaining (72-34). After Raymond made a fadeaway jump shot with 5:08 left (78-45), Manor went on a 9-2 run and expanded to its largest lead of the game (87-47) with 1:44 remaining on a Banks' free throw.  The Blue Jays outscored the Centurions 39-34 in the second half.  Mathew led both teams with 14 points in the second half.

In addition to Ancrum, Sargent, and Tokley, Wagner scored 12 points.  Mathew led both teams with 17 and Raymond added 13 for Bucks County.

Manor's 39-point home victory is a season-best and the second time this season they won by 30 or more points (99-61 versus Cumberland County College on November 5).  This is the largest home victory since January 20, 2015 (110-68 versus Delaware Technical and Community College-Stanton).
