JENKINTOWN, PA—Manor College (2-1-0) sophomore goalkeeper Jonathan Ventura-Garcia (Philadelphia, PA/Esperanza Academy) and the Blue Jay defense limited the Penn State-Mont Alto (2-5-0) offense to three shots on goal as they shut out the Nittany Lions, 3-0.

Freshman midfielder Juff Exilus (Maple Shade, NJ/Columbia) scored in the middle of the net when he got a rebound off his own shot on goal around the six-yard line (41:00).  The Blue Jays out shot Mont Alto, 16 (seven on goal) to two (all on goal) in the first half.

Freshman midfielder/forward Rolph Miot (Philadelphia, PA/Northeast) scored off of a sophomore midfielder Jared Laudenslager (Philadelphia, PA/Franklin Towne Charter) pass from past the 50 on the Mont Alto side of the field.  Miot's went past two Mont Alto defenders and his shot inside the 18 deflected off of Nittany Lion freshman goalkeeper Cole White's (who came out of the net to try to make the save) hands into the left-hand corner of the net (65:00).  Following a Laudenslager direct kick, Exlius' pass across inside the 18 went to Miot.  Miot went around two and was challenged by a third defender near the end line.  His shot went into the left-hand corner of the net and he registered his first multi-goal collegiate game (69:00).  Manor outshot Mont Alto in the second half, 18 (10 on goal) to five (one on goal).  The Blue Jays outshot the Nittany Lions, 34-7, for the match.
